Project Description

A flood control structure is being constructed along the Sibuguey River, adjacent to the Imelda–Bayog–Kumalarang–Lapuyan–Margosatubig Road in Barangay Pilar, Diplahan, Zamboanga Sibugay. The project includes concrete slope protection, steel sheet piles, and embankment works spanning approximately 352 meters. It aims to protect the national road and nearby communities from river overflow and erosion, especially during heavy rainfall events.
