Project Description

A series of downstream flood control structures are being built along Mag-Asawang Tubig River in Naujan, Oriental Mindoro. These include a 20-meter river wall in Barangay Tigkan, a PHP19.79-million flood mitigation structure in Barangay Pinagsabangan II, and a 268.27-meter concrete revetment with steel sheet piles in Barangay San Carlos. The projects aim to protect flood-prone communities, farmlands, and infrastructure from seasonal inundation and climate-related hazards
